Summary:
The project continued the work we started in the previous project. We tested the knowledge developed about supporting families facing multiple challenges in the everyday work of SWC Gorenjska, where they implemented the developed model in their daily practice. The research on the processes of working with families and the processes of supporting professionals working within the mobile service of SWC Gorenjska contributed to the further development of social work with families facing many stresses and challenges, with a particular focus on developing skills and approaches for direct, relationship-based social work with these families in the community, i.e. in the homes of the families - using the services provided by the mobile service of SWC Gorenjska.
