Strategic planning in non-profit sector

Lectures:

• presentation of the strategic planning method,
• the steps of strategic planning of a non-profit organization and their placement in the environment of values ​​and culture,
• why and how to plan
• vision, goals and strategies,
• the planning process

Exercises: in small groups, we master the laws of the strategic planning process, we conduct research on concrete examples from practice, internal and external environment, we determine strategic goals, find possible alternatives to achieve the goals, create a project vision, make a plan for evaluating the results. Work in the field: students themselves collect information about the internal and external environment, try to find goals and possible alternative solutions in a real work environment, evaluate the results and refine the program.
