Epistemology of Social Work

Mastering the concept of epistemology and different epistemologies such as the epistemology of science and the social sciences; students' ability to reflect on their own practical work, conduct an epistemological analysis of a specific theory and social work approach (including their own theory and approach) – also with the help of a series of concepts and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of an efficient (dialogical) practice in social work, learning how to apply the standpoint and ethics of participation (constructivist/hermeneutical/interpretative epistemology).
