Establishing a working relationship and personal contact is a fundamental concept for social work actions. It is a conceptual and methodological course of basic knowledge and experience for the processes of co-creating help in social work.

The thematic units are:
The language of social work; the history of change in the concept of help; the user as an expert on experience; the concept of the working relationship of co-creation; the establishment and maintenance of an individual working project of help; respecting childhood, the voice of the child in the process of support and help; the application of Lüssi's concepts in the working relationship and the individual working project of help; the establishment of personal contact; the resolution of disturbances in the working relationship; the conversation in the working relationship; the recording of the working process and the agreements on the desired outcomes in the language of social work.
