- The role of the use of language in the helping processes.
- The practice of respecting diversity.
- Central philosophy of solution focused approach.
- Change of focus: from problems to solutions.
- In resources and strengths focused conversations.
- Phases of process of help focused in solutions building: how to pay attention on what the client wants, goals formulation, exceptions finding questions; scaling questions; miracle question; negotiations about change; compliments and tasks.
- Understanding the relationships that develop between social workers and interlocutors in support and help processes and the appropriate responses of social workers.
